Rebar Couplers
Mechanical splices that join reinforcing bars end-to-end. Used where continuous force transfer is required and lap splices are impractical or undesirable due to congestion, bar length limits or design rules.
Couplers are manufactured to match standard bar diameters and thread forms. Exact size ranges, thread standards and performance data are provided against specific project requirements.

Reducer Rebar Couplers
Connect reinforcing bars of different diameters. Used at section changes where the design requires a continuous load path while the bar size changes.
Reducer couplers maintain alignment and force transfer between the larger and smaller bars. Available combinations depend on the diameter pairs required by the project.

Rebar Threading Services
We thread reinforcing bars to the form and length required by the coupler system in use. Threading can be arranged to suit workshop or site programmes.
Correct thread geometry is essential for proper engagement and load transfer. We match thread pitch, form and engagement length to the coupler specification so that bars and couplers work together as intended.
Enquiries should include bar diameters, grades, quantities, required thread length and preferred location (workshop or site).
